Every DefensivX product is engineered for one purpose: protection you can rely on. Our warranty stands behind that.
- Cases and screen protectors are covered for one year against manufacturing defects.
- Eligible CoreX cases carry a Lifetime Anti-Yellowing Warranty, backed by Klar-Guard™ technology.
- To make a claim, email support@defensiv-x.com with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
1-Year Limited Warranty
Every DefensivX case and screen protector is covered for one year from the original purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
CoreX Lifetime Anti-Yellowing Warranty
Crystal clear, for as long as it’s yours.
Eligible CoreX cases are made with Klar-Guard™ Anti-Yellowing Technology. If one develops material yellowing under normal use, we’ll replace it, for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the case.
What’s covered
Noticeable yellowing of the transparent case material caused by the material itself degrading during normal use.
What isn’t yellowing
Discoloration from outside sources is not material yellowing and isn’t covered. This includes:
- Dirt, oils, or residue
- Dye or colour transfer from clothing, bags, or other materials
- Ink, makeup, or other staining substances
- Chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products
- Burns or excessive external heat
- Scratches, abrasion, or physical damage
- Deliberate misuse or modification
Which cases are eligible
Only CoreX cases identified as including the Lifetime Anti-Yellowing Warranty on the product page, packaging, or official DefensivX sales material at the time of purchase. Earlier or other CoreX models are covered by the warranty terms that applied when they were purchased.
Where to Buy
Warranty coverage applies to genuine DefensivX products purchased from:
- Defensiv-X.com
- Official DefensivX marketplace stores
- Authorized DefensivX retailers and partners
Products from unauthorized sellers may not be covered if their authenticity or original purchase can’t be verified. Not sure a seller is authorized? Email us at support@defensiv-x.com before you buy.
Bought outside the UAE? Warranty availability may depend on the country and sales channel. Email us your proof of purchase and we’ll confirm your eligibility.
What’s Not Covered
Unless specifically covered by the CoreX Lifetime Anti-Yellowing Warranty, our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear
- Accidental damage, including drops, crushing, or excessive impact
- Misuse or improper installation
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by third-party products or accessories
- Damage caused by chemicals, liquids, fire, or abnormal environmental conditions
- Lost or stolen products
- Counterfeit or unauthorized products
Our warranty covers the DefensivX accessory only. It is not a warranty against damage to the device you use it with.
How to Make a Claim
Email support@defensiv-x.com with:
- Proof of purchase: your DefensivX order confirmation, or an invoice or receipt from an authorized retailer
- Product model
- Clear photos of the complete product and the issue, plus any packaging or product identification our team requests. For anti-yellowing claims, the yellowing must be clearly visible.
- A short description of the issue
What happens next
Our team will review your claim. Where reasonably necessary to verify it, we may ask for more photos, product details, or for the product to be returned.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide the applicable warranty remedy. For an approved CoreX anti-yellowing claim, that’s a replacement case of the same model. If that model, colour, or device version is no longer available, we may offer a reasonably equivalent replacement or another appropriate solution.
Replacements and Shipping
A warranty replacement is not a new purchase and does not transfer the warranty to anyone else. Any CoreX Lifetime Anti-Yellowing coverage stays with the original qualifying purchase and original purchaser.
Before issuing a replacement, we may ask for reasonable evidence that the original product has been returned or permanently disposed of.
Depending on your location, the type of claim, and applicable consumer protection requirements, we may cover or charge shipping for a replacement. We’ll always tell you about any charge before your replacement is processed.
Warranty Terms
- Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Valid proof of purchase is required. Keep your order confirmation, invoice, or receipt. It shows the product and original purchase date, and serves as your proof of warranty.
- We may verify a product’s authenticity and eligibility before approving a claim.
- Fraudulent, altered, or duplicate claims may be rejected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DefensivX is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of a DefensivX accessory, including loss of data or damage to third-party electronic devices.
Our cases and screen protectors are designed to reduce the risk of damage, but they cannot guarantee that a device won’t be damaged under all circumstances.
Your Consumer Rights
This warranty gives you contractual rights in addition to any statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or replaces rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
