At DefensivX, we are committed to engineering excellence and high-quality protection. This Limited Warranty ensures that your DefensivX product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty Coverage
DefensivX offers a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase for the following product categories:
- Phone Cases
- Screen Protectors
This warranty applies only to DefensivX products purchased directly from DefensivX.com, authorized resellers, or official marketplace stores.
Where to Buy Genuine DefensivX Products
To ensure you receive a legitimate product backed by our Limited Warranty, purchase from one of our major authorized resellers:
- com – DefensivX products sold by authorized resellers will be listed as “Sold by DefensivX and Fulfilled by Amazon.”
- Authorized Telecom & Retail Partners (to be listed as partnerships expand).

Non-UAE Sales
For purchases made outside the United Arab Emirates, please contact our customer service team at support@defensiv-x.com to verify whether the seller is an authorized reseller in your country.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, scuffs, or discoloration
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Accidental damage from drops, impact, water, or external forces
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues caused by third-party accessories or non-DefensivX modifications
- Damage from exposure to extreme conditions (heat, moisture, chemicals)
Warning About Unauthorized Sellers
DefensivX cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers. Purchases made from unauthorized third-party resellers may not be covered under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
DefensivX is not liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of device functionality, or damage to electronic devices used with DefensivX products
- Any damage to third-party products used with DefensivX accessories
- Repairs, replacements, or refunds for products not purchased from an authorized reseller
In all cases, DefensivX’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the defective product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request a warranty replacement, follow these steps:
1. Proof of Purchase
Provide a valid order confirmation or receipt from an authorized retailer.
2. Product Documentation
Submit clear images of the product and the defect.
3. Contact DefensivX Support
Email support@defensiv-x.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Product images
- A brief description of the issue
4. Claim Review & Resolution
Our team will assess your claim within 7 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- DefensivX reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet warranty conditions.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims.
