Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across the UAE and the Gulf region, with international delivery available for select countries.
How long does shipping take?
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- GCC: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
UAE orders: Free shipping
GCC & international orders: Shipping is calculated based on your location and will be shown before you complete checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. After checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your package in real-time.
I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
Please check the tracking link first. If it's marked as delivered and you haven't received it, contact us immediately at support@defensiv-x.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window for unused items in original packaging. If the product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return cost and offer a full replacement or refund.
